Cala Brandinchi - tha small Sardinian Tahiti
On road 125 from Olbia to San Teodoro, you will find an exit that leads to the marvelous Cala Brandinchi, also known as “Little Tahiti.” Officially recognized as one of the 15 most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, this gem is located in Gallura, facing Tavolara.

How to get to Cala Brandinchi

Furthermore, the coast is adorned with a pine grove featuring cardoons, junipers, and reeds, ideal for a morning walk of exploration.
Thanks to its favorable position on the sea, Giuseppe Garibaldi chose this place to depart towards Piombino in 1867, aiming to conquer Rome, which at that time was territory owned by the Papal State. Like many areas of Sardinia, Cala Brandinchi was the scene of significant historical events.
